Attention 42-hour Croppers:
Dinner - Please choose (as a group) one entree, two sides and one dessert for your Friday and Saturday night dinners.
Breakfast - Choose one entree and one side for Sunday breakfast. (Saturday morning breakfast will consist of a pastry tray and fresh fruit.)

Chicken Salad on Croissant: Tender baked Chicken with celery, scallions, red grapes, and pecans mixed with their own secret sauce. The Tearoom's most popular!
Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Wrap with Turkey: with provolone cheese, lettuce, red pepper and cream cheese onion chive spread.
Ham & Swiss Cheese: with mustard poppyseed spread served on a croissant
Roast Beef & Pepper Jack Cheese: Served on a whole wheat roll with a horseradish spread.
Madame Hatter's Box Meals: Each meal comes with , bag of chips, celery and carrot sticks with dill dip, and a cookie or brownie of the day.

Brisket: Tender brisket marinated in a smoky tea from China, Lapsang Souchong. Topped off with a sweet smoky sauce.
Chicken and Dumplings: Roasted chicken with bite size dumplings in a rich cream sauce.
Pork: Slow cookedport roast pulled and topped with or without barbeque sauce.
Cool Veggie Pizza: Flaky crust with an herbed cream cheese spread loaded with fresh veggies.
Make your own sandwich tray: A variety of meat and cheese with egg rolls.
Stews, Soups, and Chili: Choose from Old-Fashioned Beef Stew, Chili, Broccoli Cheese Soup, Tomato Florentine Soup, Taco Soup, or Loaded Baked Potato Soup.
Italian Fare
Lasagna with Meat and Cheese: Madame Hatter’s most popular request. Noodles layered with seasoned ground beef and/or Italian sausage with cheese and our own Marinara sauce.
Vegetable Lasagna: Noodles layered with cheeses, spinach, peppers, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms.
Baked Spaghetti: Spaghetti noodles layered with sauce, mozzarella, and seasoned ground beef topped off with cheese and pepperoni.
Penne in a Cream Sauce with Sausage: Penne with a savory white wine cream sauce with sweet Italian sausage.
Mexican Fare
Chicken Enchilada Quiche: Chicken with Mexican cheeses mild green chilies baked in a flaky piecrust.
Mexican Lasagna: Flour shells layered with refried beans, seasoned ground beef, cheese, and salsa. Delicious!
Beef and Cheese Enchiladas: Flour or corn shells in a mild sauce with extra cheese!

Quiche Lorraine: Bacon, onion, and Swiss cheese.

Tuna Noodle Casserole: Your traditional tuna noodle casserole like Mom used to make.

Potato Salad: Potatoes, eggs, relish, onions, and celery with real mayo!
Cole Slaw: Cole slaw with a whipping cream dressing.
Sweet Macaroni Salad: One of our most popular. Macaroni, red onion, peppers in a sweet mayo dressing.
Bean Salad: 5-bean salad marinated in a sweet dressing.
Carrot Salad: Shredded carrots with raisins, walnuts, and mayo.
Fresh Veggies and Dill Dip: A variety of fresh seasonal vegetables with our own dill dip.
Cookie and Cream Salad: Delicious, cookies with cream.
Ambrosia Salad: Mandarin oranges, pineapple, bananas, marshmallow, and cream salad.
Fresh Fruit Salad: A variety of seasonal fresh fruit.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad: A pretzel crust with a cream cheese, strawberries, Jello-O, and whipping cream filling.
