Attention 42+-hour Croppers:

Dinner - Please choose (as a group) one entree, two sides and one dessert for your Friday and Saturday night dinners.

Breakfast - Choose one entree and one side for Saturday breakfast. (Sunday morning breakfast will consist of a coffee cake and fruit.)

Saturday Lunch: Each person please choose individually for the following box lunch:

Chicken Salad on Croissant:  Tender baked Chicken with celery, scallions, red grapes, and pecans mixed with their own secret sauce.  The Tearoom's most popular!  
Turkey on foccia bread: with provolone cheese, lettuce, red pepper and cream cheese onion chive spread.
Ham & Swiss Cheese: with mustard poppyseed spread served on a croissant 
Roast Beef & Pepper Jack Cheese: Served on foccia bread with a horseradish spread.

Madame Hatter's Box Meals: Each meal comes with , bag of  chips, celery and carrot sticks with dill dip, and a cookie or brownie of the day.   

 

 

 

Entrees – Choose one for each night:

 

Brisket: Tender Brisket marinated in a Smokey tea from China, Lapsang Souchong.

Chicken and Dumplings

Pork: Slow cooked pork roast pulled and topped with or without barbeque sauce

Chicken in a Cream Sauce: Madame Hatter’s signature chicken. Chicken tenders sautéed then topped with a portabella mushroom sauce.

Soups/Stews: Beef Stew, Chili, Broccoli Cheese Soup, Chicken Enchilada Soup or Potato Soup

Lasagna: Noodles layered with seasoned ground beef, 4 different cheeses, Ricotta, Provolone, Mozzarella and Parmesan with our own Marinara sauce

Vegetable Lasagna. Noodles layered with 4 cheese, spinach, peppers, onions, zucchini and mushrooms

Baked Spaghetti: Spaghetti noodles layered with sauce, mozzarella and seasoned ground beef topped off with cheese and pepperoni.

Mexican Lasagna: Flour shells layered with refried beans, seasoned ground beef cheese and salsa.

Chicken Enchilada casserole: Chicken with a cream sauce with rotel tomatoes and cheese topped off with crushed Doritos.

 Sides – Choose two for each night:

 

Salad: Mixed baby greens and Iceberg mix with English cucumbers and bell peppers with our own creamy vinaigrette.

Scalloped Potatoes: Potatoes cooked just right with a rich creamy cheese sauce.

Broccoli rice Casserole: The old traditional broccoli casserole with cheese rice and broccoli. Yummy!

Corn Casserole:  The old southern corn casserole made with corn, eggs butter sour cream and cheese.

Sweet Macaroni Salad: Madame Hatter’s famous sweet Mac recipe. Elbow macaroni with peppers, shredded carrots and red onion in a sweet apple cider vinegar sauce. Very Popular at the Tea Room.

Seasoned Green Beans:  Green Beans seasoned with bacon and onion. Most requested vegetable.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes:Mashed Potatoes with roasted garlic and sour cream

Green Bean Casserole: The old classic green bean casserole with cream of mushroom soup topped with crunchy onions

Seasonal vegetables with our signature dill dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip: Our own recipe and most requested catering item. Spinach, artichokes, cream cheese and our secret ingredients!

7-layer dip: Mexican dip, beans, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, cheese, green onion and black olive.

Cinnamon Pecan Stuffed French Toast Casserole: French Bread with Cinnamon, Pecans, Cream Cheese baked in an egg custard topped off with Praline Sauce

Orange Stuffed French Toast: French Bread baked in a rich egg custard with cream cheese and topped off with an orange sauce

Sausage and Cheddar Breakfast Casserole: French Bread with Sausage and Cheddar Cheese baked in a savor custard. Substitute Back or Canadian bacon for the sausage if you like.
